[IRCA] Michigan DX

I've had several interesting openings to the east lately, but they seem 
to be very focused.  Last night I logged two new ones at 0600 UTC, both 
from Michigan,  WLJW on 1370 and WLCM on 1390.    The night before it 
was Ottawa, as I heard 1310 CIWW for a new one, and 1200 CFGO, which I'd 
only heard previously when they had a technical problem with their night 
pattern a few years back.
