[IRCA] TP DX in Seattle on Jan 29

Today's DX  was a bit like yesterday's but a bit more subdued. There 
weren't any TP signals at the low end of the dial, and almost none below 
1300.

Very little was heard before about 1515 UT.  Then, there was a rather 
pronounced enhancement.  Most signals peaked at about 1520-1530 before 
they suddenly disappeared.

1566    HLAZ, Chinese woman 1527

FAIR
1503    JOUK, Japanese woman 1531
1557    Pop songs surfacing at times including 1940's style female vocal 
1525

POOR
1314    Male talk, unsure of language 1525
1377    Faint female talk, sounded Chinese 1518
1386    bits of talk in the KRKO splatter 1525
1422    JORF, Japanese talk sometimes rising above the splatter 1528
1575    bits of talk 1528
