Re: [IRCA] [NRC-AM] FLORIDA ROAD TRIP DASHBOARD-DX AND MOTEL ADDS

A number of stations in Florida have long standing STAs to run day facilities at night to overcome Cuban cheaters.

We have one in Northern California. XED is a big time cheater. KTCT has had that kind of STA since 1999. It's licensed for 10 kW at night but gets to run 50 kW.

WAXY-790 and WINZ-940 are common catches. WAXY-790 slugs it out with Cuba's Reloj, WNIS-VA, and semi-local WPRV-RI. WINZ-940 usually has WIPR Puerto Rico for competition. Once in a while Miami's WQAM-560 is in the mix (with WFIL-PA, WHYN-MA, and Cuba) under WGAN-ME. Despite massive Cuban competition (not to mention Venezuela), WWFE shows up on 670 every so often.
