[IRCA] TP DX on Jan 25

TP conditions were kinda sorta OK today.   Most of the usual suspects 
showed up today, some more-so than others.

Many carriers were noted, especially at the upper end of the dial. Many 
were close to producing audio, but conditions weren't quite good enough 
for them to pull it off.


GOOD
972    HLCA, 1502 woman in Korean, possibly a newscast
1566    HLAZ, 1457 woman in Chinese, then much fanfare

FAIR
693    JOAB, man in Japanese 1427
774    JOUB, 1426 man & woman, both sounded Japanese even though English 
lessons scheduled at this time
1422   Japanese woman 1532, carrier equal to 1420 at times, but much 
splatter

POOR
828    JOBB, 1429 music //774
981    bits of Chinese talk 1427
1134    woman talking 1519
1386    NHK2 pips 1500
