[IRCA] Alberta TPs for 17 January 2015

      Even though I didn't hear any TP audio this morning, oddly enough 
it was better than yesterday for all the regulars (or what used to be 
regulars) other than VOA.   Finally had decent carriers on the big guns 
from Japan, with 828 being very close to audio.  Korea on 1566 was also 
very close to audio.  After doing amazingly well yesterday, VOA couldn't 
even manage a decent carrier for most of the session, with nearly 
nothing until their carrier gradually rose after 1440, but still a fair 
way from audio.
