Re: [IRCA] Puyallup, WA Ultralight TP's for 1-6

This was one of the rare mornings when Gary and I had nearly identical conditions. My unattended recording had nice reception of HLAZ peaking at 1534-1545, but almost nothing else from across the pond.

Hello All,
1566-HLAZ was on the warpath this morning at 1540 with its Chinese service-- it looks like Nick finally got the "Pretty Darn Good Audio" that he was waiting for :-)
Other than this it was "Pretty Darn Bad," though. 1575 and 1593 kHz had anemic carriers around 1530 but never could build up any strength. The low band was comatose, as usual. One bright spot this morning was the new CC Skywave's fairly good audio reproduction of HLAZ's signal in its 1 kHz DSP setting-- which seems a little more balanced (in both high and low frequencies) than what the PL-380 would come up with in a similar situation. 1566 HLAZ Jeju, S. Korea Chinese Christian service at excellent level (in and out) at 1540-- only Asian signal managing audio this morning
