[IRCA] QSL Card

Patrick & others...do you know of an up to date web source of QSL data that would indicate which stations send out an actual paper QSL as opposed to a letter or e-mail veri?

I wouldn't mind targeting certain stations if I knew that they would reply with a real card....something very rare nowadays it seems.
