Good catch. This weak one isn't easy and I've only had them a couple of times.
I need 3 to complete MN here, WBKK 820 which I think protects Chicago. KPMI 1300 which I'd expect via sunset or sunrise ski but haven't had, and WELY 1450. This would be the time of the year for this stuff post sunrise. I think I need to try some short (not much room) phased BOGs at 330 deg.
