Audio never great, but distinctive enough to feel confident in the webcast
match for HLAC from South Korea.  Faded out to just a weak carrier by local
sunrise at 1435UT.  No sign of Japan on 747 or 774.  Country #6!

I was doubly lucky with this one.  First, I woke up at 4:15am and couldn't
get back to sleep, so I eventually decided to get up and DX.  But, I forgot
that the 9V battery in my amplified pre-selector on the vertical died last
night and I didn't have a spare.  On my 6am run to Walmart for batteries,
the car radio happened to be on the high end of the band and KREL was
fighting it out with KMIK on 1580.  I was going to try the phaser there to
see if I could pick up something else, and the 1566 carrier was obvious on
the SDR.
