[IRCA] TP 19 Dec Victoria version
Again, pretty dead from 1400UT on, again, a little snippet of
774. And, again, about 10 minutes of high band activity a little
before local sunrise at 1600UT. This time, I realized that the
signals were better on the north Flag, seconds before the chimes
ended on NHK2 1386. Sunrise enhancement not quite as "good" as
yesterday overall however.
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker,
at least briefly):
maybe not until next year (season?)...put perhaps I'll be proven wrong
Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
the above, again.
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:
1386 NHK2 synchros. Last few notes of chimes 1544UT, as I switched to
the north Flag; good carrier afterwards
1566 HLAZ man in CC 1546UT
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music)
774 JOUB woman talking 1452UT, JJ inflection?
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter)
972 1557 1593
best wishes,
Nick
