[IRCA] TP 18 Dec Victoria version

Not much this morning from 1400UT onwards, bar a sudden outburst from 
774.   But midwinter sunrise DX may be starting to appear....a brief, 
weak upper band opening with just erratic bits of audio, starting 
about 1540UT....1494 instead of 1566, hmmm.


pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, 
at least briefly):

maybe not until next year (season?)...put perhaps I'll be proven wrong





Reasonable audio  at  times during the period (much of it 
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

the above, again.





not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or 
noise could be understood by a native speaker:

774 JOUB a news report?  Woman in JJ interspersed with men shouting, 
car noises etc 1436UT



Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be 
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in 
talk or music)

747 JOIB man talking //774 1446UT
1422 woman talking 1547UT, JJ inflection
1494 man mumbling 1546UT




Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or 
ravaged by splatter)

954 1386 1503 1557 1593
