[IRCA] TP 16 Dec Victoria version
For this last few weeks, today was a good morning. Read on.
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker,
at least briefly):
maybe not until next year (season?)...put perhaps I'll be proven wrong
Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
774 JOUB man and young girl in JJ 1509UT. At 1516UT, it sounded like
she was reading haltingly, in EE.
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:
567 JOIK man and woman JJ inflection before hour 1400UT, followed
by pips and JJ talk by man after hour; 594 was nowhere to be found
747 JOIB man and young girl in JJ //774 1512UT
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music)
828 JOBB man and girl 1516UT //774; also 1520UT, instrumental mx interlude
873 JOGB man and girl in JJ //774 1513UT
972 HLCA man talking 1500UT after pips on hour, sounded KK?
1053 KK jammer, poor but there, 1457UT
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter)
702 1503 1566 1593
best wishes,
Nick
