[IRCA] TP 15 Dec Victoria version
No sunrise enhancement today, and a little DU activity earlier was
all there was.
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker,
at least briefly):
maybe not until next year (season?)
Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
no
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:
1116 4BC, pretty weak, so not really the next level up, but there
were readable moments, at 1349UT man talking, nx by man and woman
1404UT, and at 1406UT, a 4BC ID crept through.
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music)
612 4QR man talking 1359UT, into ABC fanfare, but pretty poor overall
738 Tahiti likely, man talking, FF inflection 1408UT
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter)
702 774 891 (all DU per the above?)
best wishes,
Nick
