[IRCA] New QSL

A rare event today, as I got a verificaton!

WKLK 1230 Cloquet,  MN
E-mail verie from Jake Kachinske, Operations Manager, in 23 minutes for 
e-mailed report with audio file.

Interestingly, even though it was my 36th station on 1230 (and 5th from 
Minnesota), and I'd never heard it before, when I did hear it it was 
virtually alone on the frequency, so had zero problem identifying it.   
Just goes to show that even in this sub-par season you never know what 
might turn up.
