Re: [IRCA] IRCA DX Monitor on DVD Wonderful!!!!

I heard the old WXTC 1390 back in 1997 from here. It was mixing with the ME test. I had not heard DX like that on a regional for years. So we still have that happen rarely. The DXer has to be there at that time though.
