Saul,Nice catch from your location. W807 " Geo Research Rock Radio" claims 30 watts output from a Cunningham transmitter. They have been operating mostly full time on 1710 for at least a couple of years now and are heard frequently here fading in and out at night. I'm surprised other DXers aren't hearing W807 as the station obviously "gets out" very good at times.
