[IRCA] TP 11 Nov Victoria version
A stinker. Even concentrated DXing yielded practically nothing
beyond carriers on the usual suspects.
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker,
at least briefly):
just a memory
Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
another memory
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:
still another
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music)
774 woman and man talking JJ inflection? 1351UT
1566 vague traces of talk by man 1454UT
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter)
not worth bothering with
best wishes,
Nick
