[IRCA] TP 3 Nov Victoria version
An actual sunrise enhancement today, with a number of signals hanging
in after 1500UT. HLAZ made a re-appearance as did a couple of
Chinese, and no DUs visited.
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker,
at least briefly):
774 JOUB woman in JJ 1454UT
1566 HLAZ choral mx briefly at this level 1439UT; had a number of
similar peaks during the earlier JJ program
Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
747 JOIB woman in JJ 1451UT
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:
594 JOAK man in JJ 1449UT
828 JOBB EE lessons 1416UT
972 HLCA man in KK 1401UT
1287 JOHR two men in JJ 1346UT
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music)
981 man talking CC inflection 1401UT, had been below the splatter a
minute earlier unfortunately
1017 CRI sounded like choral mx such as on HLAZ 1345UT, but CRI
chimes and fanfare on the hour
1053 KK jammer 1338UT
1242 JOLF? man talking, JJ inflection 1453 and 1519UT
1323 CRI stringed mx leading up to hour 1358UT, but the actual chimes
and fanfare were in the noise by 1400UT
1386?? woman talking JJ inflection 1517UT, no NHK2 parallels at this
time though.
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary"audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter)
