[IRCA] Oklahoma TP DX 11/3/14

There's not much to report this morning, but I guess something 
is better than the nothing of the past few days.

747 JOIB Sapporo - poor signal heard at 1114 (QRM: WSB).
774 JOUB Akita - poor to fair at 1114, fading out by 1117.

No signals heard on 567, 594, 693, 828, 972 or 1053 by local
sunrise at 1255.

Receivers: PL-606 with 8" FSL.  

Good DX.
