[IRCA] TP 30 Oct Victoria version
Lots of digging didn't yield that much, but I guess there's always
hope tomorrow. Almost everything reached its best strength very briefly.
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker,
at least briefly):
972 HLCA woman in KK 1446UT
Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
774 JOUB 1356UT CC lessons
828 JOBB EE lessons briefly at this level 1420UT, "communications in action"
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:
747 JOIB man in NN 1444UT, no parallels at this time though.
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music)
594 JOAK man talking, JJ inflection, 1448UT, snagged it with NHK1
theme mx 1450UT //891 and slightly weaker
738 Tahiti? island vocal mx 1426UT
828 3GI, 6 pips mixing with NHK pips, then ABC fanfare
891 JOHK NHK1 theme mx rising from the crud 1450UT
954 JOKR? man talking 1445UT, JJ inflection
1134 man mumbling 1402UT, no hope of language ID
1287 JOHR? woman talking JJ inflection 1456UT, leading into pop mx
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary"audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter)
