[IRCA] KHIL 1250 Wilcox AZ Format change?

I just got word that KHIL Wilcox AZ is no longer Country. I have not seen this reported, unless I missed it somewhere. KHIL is calling themselves "X Wave" and running some 1970's Oldies format. I would think C&W would fit the Wilcox area better than Oldies. I cannot find any mention of a format change online.
