[IRCA] TP 15 Oct Victoria version
Decidedly minimal today, though 1593 was a surprise, earlier than
Bruce heard them. The signal strength monitor makes it look as if
conditions were better before 1230UT, but I wasn't recording then.
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker,
at least briefly):
dream on
Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
612 4QR likely with man in DU EE 1247UT....briefly
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:
the above passing through
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music)
738 Tahiti? laid back vocal pop mx 1351UT
1593 CNR1 likely, woman sounding CC at 1318UT, at 1330UT one low and
one high pip were heard, which I believe CNR1 does on the half hour,
though not sure if I missed some pips; it was pretty weak
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary"audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter)
819 891 1008 1116 1503
best wishes,
Nick
