[IRCA] Puyallup, WA Ultralight TP's for 9-29

Hello All,

Conditions here were fairly similar to those reported by Dennis, with the high band Asians showing some signs of life for a change. In general the session was pretty lackluster, however, with vibrant signals few and far between.

My session started off around 1235 with only 1566-HLAZ at a fair to good level, and all the other TP's struggling to get out of the noise. Around 1300 both 1575-VOA and 1593-CNR1 also started to manage poor audio here, and after the first sign of daylight at 1310 they were in and out at a fair level for the rest of the session. On the low band the best performer was 594-JOAK (hitting a good level late in sunrise enhancement around 1343), while 603, 639, 657, 738, 774 and 828 had poor audio in and out during a mediocre sunrise enhancement. 972-HLCA was subpar this morning with only a fair level, but the 1053-Jammer managed a good signal in and out of domestic splatter for most of the session. Best Asian signal of a mediocre morning was from 594-JOAK, which managed a good level shortly before the propagation collapsed around 1355.
