[IRCA] TP 23 Sep Victoria version

Once again not enough time to do the morning justice. Lively from 1200UT onwards, peaking 1330ish, mainly low band. Some thunderous signals from NHK2 on 747 and 774 today, and lots of near audios, stragglers lasting past 1400UT

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least briefly):

567 JOIK the Sapporo connection along with JOIB, man, woman, children in JJ (drama?), lively mx//594 1245UT
594 JOAK JJ pop mx 1332UT
747 JOIB most portly signal this season 1329UT, man in JJ
774 JOUB CC lessons 1330UT, stronger than 770 at times.

Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

828 JOBB probably louder than this at times, but the lively CC lesson theme mx caught my attention 1345UT //774
972 HLCA man in KK, pips on hour 1300UT
1053 KK jammer 1211UT
1206 Yanbian, woman in KK 1349UT, then man, off channel as usual

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be understood by a native speaker:

603 HLSA soft mx, man in KK 1328UT
1017 CRI woman in KK 1242UT
1242 JOLF JJ energetic talk various people along with punchy mx 1346UT
1287 JOHR JJ talk man, 1304UT

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music) :

612 woman talking , not //594 not clear enough to guess 1333UT
837 JOQK woman in JJ //594 1327UT
846 NHK1 synchros JJ pop mx //594 1332UT
864 NHK style pips 1300UT KBS? lots of mx and talk over the next hour, but hard to tell if JJ or KK, and there were at least two stations
873 JOGB man in JJ //774 1221UT, but by 1334UT, mx, not //774.
918 man talking quickly, other man responding, no idea
945 woman talking CC inflection 1319UT
954 man talking JJ inflection 1335UT
963 man talking, too much splat to guess 1253UT

Strongish het, no or "near imaginary"audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter):

558 576 621 702 711 756 882 936 981 999 1044 1098 1116 1134 1251 1323

best wishes,

Nick
