[IRCA] Alberta TPs for 16 September 2014
Other than Canadianizing the spelling, I'd agree on the term Gary
used today. Lacklustre pretty much summed it up. A handful of
signals reached audio, but none of them would have been discernable by a
more rational individual (i.e a non-dxer)
702 2BL, ABC, Sydney Time pips and ABC news fanfare at 1300.
738 2NR, ABC, Grafton Time pips and ABC fanfare at 1300. No sign of
Tahiti which was in yesterday.
819 unID traces of audio at 1309. Most likely 2GL.
1287 unID traces of audio at 1256. Seemed Japanese, but certainly
none of the other Japanese were coming in.
1566 HLAZ, Korea A few words of Japanese audible now and again around 1245
"Almost there" carriers on 594, 792, 828, 855, 882, 891
73,
Nigel Pimblett
