[IRCA] WBYS-1560 Canton, IL IDed about 1:37(?) AM CDT

At 1, presumed end of ID, just heard FM. At 1:03, Aqualung by Jethro Tull. Then 1:34 or so, Urgent by Foreigner. Before I realize song is over, man says "AM 1560, WBYS", then into My Life by Billy Joel. I have a few things missing from my records, but believe this is new for me & I started MW DX in 1965! Listed 250/18 W, but used to be 1,000W?? Also was anyone running a 1,000 Hz tone on 1560 until 2 AM CDT? Thanks Todd S. my DX friend/neighbor for your unID inspiring me to try! 

Sometime after 0500 UTC, I had a weak carrier on 855. Using a recently acquired Sony ICF-2001D aka ICF-2010. 73, George S., MN
