[IRCA] TP 10 Sep Victoria version
Not as vigorous as yesterday, but still of some interest.
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker,
at least briefly):
972 HLCA male ballad 1322UT after woman in KK
1287 JOHR 2 men in JJ 1318 and 1329UT
1566 HLAZ woman in JJ, FEBC mention 1246UT
Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
774 JOUB man in JJ,1326UT
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:
747 JOIB man and woman in JJ 1327UT //774
828 JOBB piano mx followed by woman in JJ 1155UT. Not //774 at that
time, although woman talking JJ faded up eventually o/countryish mx
on that channel
873 JOGB man in JJ //774 1323UT
1053 KK jammer 1333UT
1575 VoA 1300UT Voice of America ID by man
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music) :
594 JOAK? man talking JJ inflection 1321UT
738 pop mx 1327UT, not //1143, maybe Tahiti?
819 man talking. DU EE? 1329UT
954 JOKR? woman talking JJ inflection 1154UT
1017 woman then man talking 1232UT, too weak to guess language
1143 Taiwan Fisheries? woman talking 1326UT, CC inflection and very
similar to archive on web.
1269 man talking very weak, 1330UT maybe //1287?
1323 CRI fanfare and chimes very weakly at 1300UT
1386 NHK2 synchros, very faint, woman talking 1309UT, //774
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary"audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter):
567 909 1008 1179 1242 1251 1332 1503 1593
best wishes,
Nick
