[IRCA] Coast on 1584

    Was delighted today to get an e-mail back from Raylene Ramsay at 
"Coast" in New Zealand confirming that it was indeed their station 
serving Hawkes Bay on 1584 that I heard last week.   A most welcome 
addition to the log.    Thanks to Chuck and Theo (along with my wife) 
for helping make this happen.
