[IRCA] TP 30 Aug Victoria version
A more normal morning, mix of the usual suspects, both DU and
Asiatic, and lots of carriers.
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker,
at least briefly):
not quite
Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
738 Tahiti? Jazzy rock mx, maybe African? 1311UT

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music) :
567 man talking, 1130UT, DU EE inflection, into lively vocal mx
702 2BL 6 faint pips on hour, and ABC nx fanfare at near imaginary
level, faded to man in DU EE inflected voice, 1301UT
909 Southern Star? laid back vocal mx 1315UT
1008 man talking DU EE? 1157UT
1053 KK jammer 1304UT
1116 man talking to another man on phone, DU EE? 1148UT
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary"audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter):
