[IRCA] TP 18 Aug Victoria version

Not nearly as frantic as yesterday morning, but slowly gathered quite 
a lot of somewhat "regular" DX.  A few Asians until about 1200UT, 
then giving way to more DU cx, i.e.  "normal"

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, 
at least briefly):

702 2BL man and woman in DU EE 1238UT //774
1566 HLAZ woman in JJ 1239UT; CC program didn't get to this level, 
but was pretty readable at 1126UT


Reasonable audio  at  times during the period (much of it 
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

774 3LO man in DU EE 1258UT, mostly gone by hour though, but 6 pips 
and fanfare crept through
828 JOBB woman in JJ 1242UT
891 5AN? 2 men talking, DU EE 1250UT



not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or 
noise could be understood by a native speaker:

738 Tahiti?  pop mx vocal 1133UT
909 Southern Star, laid back vocal mx //963 1254UT
963 Southern Star, as above //909
972 HLCA man and woman in KK 1208UT	
1116 4BC?  man in DU EE 1254UT


Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be 
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in 
talk or music) :

594 3WV woman talking 1244UT //702 774
612 4QR woman talking 1253 //702, 594
675 R.NZ National man talking then folky mx //756
747 JOIB EE lessons; EE speaking female beacon easily identifiable
819 R. NZ National laid back vocal mx //weaker 756
828 3GI woman talking //702 1221UT u/JOBB, but 3LO was overtaking 
JOUB at same time
1008 woman talking, fighting w/big splash 1152UT
1053 KK jammer 1226UT
1287 various times suspected JJ, but didn't amount to much today
1332 unID.  pop mx 1236UT, no idea



Strongish het, no or "near imaginary"audio (either undermodulated or 
ravaged by splatter):
