[IRCA] CISL 650 BC to move tx site

Greetings,

>From the NW Broadcasters site, comes news the CRTC has oked CISL 650 to move to the old 600 site, as the current CISL location is sinking. CISL also will double their day power from 10 KW to 20 KW and drop night power from 9 KW to 4 KW.  I wonder if the signal will be better during the day in the NW.? CISL is not all that strong here in NW Oregon.
