[IRCA] TP 30 July Victoria version

After a dull day yesterday, this was another Zed morning....though 
mostly tentatives.


pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, 
at least briefly):

hey, it's July, and it's inland



Reasonable audio  at  times during the period (much of it 
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or 
noise could be understood by a native speaker:


this July excuse can't go on much longer



Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be 
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in 
talk or music) :

567 woman talking 1206UT, possibly DU EE?
675 RNZ National rhythmic vocal mx 1229UT, very weak, but // with a 
similarly weak 756
702 Radio Live??   very weak 1236UT, sounding like a string of 
commercials, and the online archive is running commercials at the 
same time.  The jingle for Lulu Acupuncture clinic had something 
pretty similar on 702.  Still tentative, but worth pursuing.
738 Tahiti?  pop mx 1107UT
909 Southern Star?   vocal mx 1209UT, more insistent than usual
1008 man talking, sounded DU EE 1227UT
1107 man talking way in the murk 1226UT, but didn't really sound like 
the Radio Live archive which was running back to back commercials



Strongish het, no or "near imaginary"audio (either undermodulated or 
ravaged by splatter):
