[IRCA] TP 23 July Victoria version
Mostly DU today, but no IDs on any of the weak audios, plus a few
tantalizing carriers
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker,
at least briefly):
hey, it's July, and it's inland
Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
still July
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:
even this category was July'ish today
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music) :
702 2BL? woman talking then man 1233-4UT, possibly DU EE, but 774
had faded by now, so no //
738 Tahiti likely, vocal pop mx 1145UT
774 2NR? man talking, DU EE inflection, 1222UT
1107 ? man talking, quite murky, but could be DU EE? 1237UT
1566 HLAZ likely, woman talking with man on telephone, CC inflection, 1146UT
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary"audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter):
756 882 891 1098 1116 1287 1503
best wishes,
Nick
