[IRCA] 1000 KKIM

Was surprised by this one. Had religion all alone on the frequency wih a
fair signal starting at 0520 local and waited for an ID to hear the
surprise ID at 0529. Not new but suspected to be on day coverage. No sign
of KKOB. 770 free of IBOC with WBBM very weak.
