This morning was definitely a further step downward into the April
doldrums. It was odd to have 1323 as one of the few audios however.
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker,
at least briefly):
1566 HLAZ. Man in JJ 1331UT
Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
1575 VoA. Voice of America ID by man just before 1330UT, woman in
Khmer? a minute or so later.
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:
the above passing through
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music) :
972 HLCA? Woman talking, could be KK, 1232UT
1287 JOHR? Man talking 1318UT, maybe JJ
1323 CRI? traces of woman talking 1325UT, could be Russian; still
traces at 1336UT, man talking, only overseas "audio" other than the
long lasting HLAZ by this time.
1422 JORF? Woman talking, sounding JJ, 1330UT
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary"audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter):
774 837 945 1251 1296 1386 1593 ( no, not 594, 747, 828....)
best wishes,
Nick
