[IRCA] Puyallup, WA Ultralight TP's for 3-31

Hello All,

Asian propagation wasn't very thrilling this morning, but there were some good signals from Japan on 594 and 693 after a moderate sunrise enhancement boost at 1325. Most of the low band Asian mainland regulars were missing in action, however.

The session was slow to get off of the ground during the predawn darkness, with only a few wispy carriers on 594, 693, 972 and 1566 in evidence at 1305. Around 1310 the big guns 594-JOAK, 693-JOAB and 972-HLCA started managing fair audio, along with 1323-CRI (somewhat unusual here) and 1566-HLAZ. Increasing daylight around 1325 raised the NHK big guns 594-JOAK and 693-JOAB up to vibrant levels, along with 531-JOQG at a fair level in and out. Unfortunately the increasing sunlight did very little for the usual low band regulars on 603, 648 and 657, which stayed down in the noise for the most part (although 603-HLSA did have brief, ghostly audio around 1330 with its Korean pop music). The high band wasn't very energetic this morning, as 1377-CNR1, 1566-HLAZ and 1593-CNR1 could only manage brief peaks of fair audio in the domestic splatter from 1320-1340. Overall it wasn't one of the Asians' better sessions, but the vibrant signals from 594-JOAK and 693-JOAB around 1325 were a l!
ittle unusual for the month of March, especially here in this location (which tends to favor Korean and Chinese signals).
