[IRCA] WMVP

  Not sure if it's just conditions, or whether something's not quite 
right with their night pattern, but WMVP from Chicago on 1000 khz, which 
is normally a very rare visitor here,  has been heard 3 nights in a 
row.   It's generally not dominant, but is consistently in the mix, 
which is not normally the case.  Might be a good opportunity for those 
out west (and not too close to KOMO) to log this one.
