Very slight possible morse code downtown Toronto on a Tecsun ULR , but
not enough to know it isn't localized QRM. I'm on some pretty potent

Subject: [IRCA] WWXL DX Test……Now in @ 2312-2320 EDT!!!
Hi Guys:
Have Morse Code at Moderate Speed 10 wpm??? from 2312 -2320 EDT. Copied
bits and Pieces in Fading. Copied "Manchester", "WWXL" and "1490". More
to the message than that, but not copyable here. About the same strength
as last time test was on. I would Rate it POOR to FAIR here.
Thanks for the Test once again!!
