[IRCA] Fw: WWXL DX Test……Now in @ 2312-2320 EDT!!!

Shame on you Ira!!! To me thats like cheating.
I had to copy 20 wpm at the FCC office in Dallas before the examiners to get 
my extra.

Anyhow, I'm hearing the CW through the local rain storm and at peaks in the 
signal I can copy it. Sounds like about 10 wpm.
