[IRCA] TP DX in Seattle on March 25

Gary and I weren't just DXing on different planets today - we were in 
different solar systems.  His low-band bonanza was a low-band bust here, 
with just a couple of NHK stations producing anything in the way of 
audio.  The mid and upper parts of band were slightly less bad than the 
low end, but the only audio was from some of the regulars.  It was a 
mediocre morning, to be sure.

972    HLCA, man in Korean 1319
1343    HLAZ, 1343 quite nice with the usual closing of the Japanese 
service, woman IDing as "FEBC, (something) kilohertz", off briefly 1345, 
then man & woman opening the Chinese program

FAIR
747    JOIB, woman talking 1242, probably part of language lesson
774    JOUB, 1230, English lesson, man & woman talking about "Cherry 
blossom"
981    CNR1, Chinese talk 1318

POOR
693    JOAB?, woman talking in CBU splat 1145
945    Occasional syllables poking through the KJR splatter 1327, 
probably CNR1
963    Woman talking 1329, weak in 960 splatter, probably CRI
1422    Woman talking faintly 1335
1575    VOA, Yankee Doodle 1300, then weak woman in unid language
