FYI, the *original* rescheduled test data was as follows:
WWXL 1450 kHz, Manchester, KY* Saturday, March 22, 2014. 11:00 PM ET
until Midnight ET (same as 0300-0400 UTC).
Saturday March 22 11 PM means not tonight but tomorrow night, I think.
