[IRCA] TP 18 Mar, Victoria version

Just the regulars...but then some. Pretty lively from 1200UT onwards, not any definitely poor period, ending with an unID on 1296, so not entirely regular at all. And it was a sneaky enhancement, with things like 1224 1296 1314 1323 etc. coming out of the murk a little bit.

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least briefly):

594 JOAK. Man and woman in JJ 1359UT
774 JOUB. EE lessons 1202UT
828 JOBB. Pips at 1200UT, EE lessons.
1566 HLAZ. Man in CC, briefly at this level 1401UT. Also pretty strong various times during JJ program 1230-1345UT

Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

567 JOIK. Woman and man //594 1313UT
747 JOIB EE lessons 1202UT. At 1320UT "NHK dai ni hoso" ID....no mention of call or location.
963 CRI. Man in RR 1337UT, a few minutes before its peak yesterday
972 HLCA. Woman in KK 1202UT

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be understood by a native speaker:

603 HLSA assumed. Soul vocal mx, woman in KK 1358UT....not quite at Gary's level!
1287 JOHR likely. Man in JJ 1205UT.
1386 NHK2. CC lessons //774 which wasn't much better at 1352UT
1593 NHK2. Catchy little tune at end of CC lessons 1359UT

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music) :

702 NHK2 and hum w/N. Korea? Weather report //774 1306UT.
837 JOQK. Man talking 1241UT //594.
864 unID. Woman talking sounded JJ? 1325UT
954 JOKR? Man talking JJ inflection 1235UT
1053 KK jammer. 1325UT.
1134 JOQR? Man talking sounded JJ 1324UT
1206 unID. Woman talking 1401UT, too murky for language.
1224 JOJK. Woman in JJ //594, 1348UT mostly barely there in splatter
1242 JOLF? Man talking, JJ inflection 1334UT
1296 unID. Man talking , not //594, ran from 1359 to after 1412UT, but close to the noise. Maybe Tagalog? I missed this in the live listening unfortunately. 1314 DWXI plus JOUF? Music here 1402UT seemed //DWXI webstream, man and woman talking possibly JJ?
1323 CRI? Man talking 1403UT, maybe RR?
1503 JOUK. Man in JJ //594 1204UT

Strongish het, no or "near imaginary"audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter):

558 585 621 648 657 891 909 1008 1089 1179 1332 1377 1458

best wishes,

Nick
