I think that 1089 bears watching. Several in the northeast are reporting
VestiFM from Russia. And I noted it for the first time last night in
western NY. Other TAs were unremarkable, just 756, 747, 909 and 1215 were
audible, but Vesti FM was rising up and down behind Talk Sport. The sound
effects, speaker gender and cadence all matched the slightly delayed
VestiFM web audio. I think this must be from the Tbilisskaya site (east of
Crimea). Maybe they're running this with full power and 24 hours for the
"benefit" of Crimea and eastern Ukraine. Jim Renfrew, Holley NY
