[IRCA] TP DX in Seattle on March 16

It was a reasonably good morning all over the dial.  Taiwan 1557 had an 
impressive signal at sunrise.  There were also lots of weak carriers, as 
well as a few tantalizing signals with all too weak audio.


GOOD
747    JOIB, man & woman with English lesson about global warming and 
renewable energy 1343, briefly good
774    JOUB, 1313 weather report, 1323 English lesson, woman talking 
about global warming in English, very unsteady signal today good-nil
972    HLCA, 1409 man & woman in Korean briefly good, fair-nil otherwise
1557    Taiwan, 1400 3+1 pips, anmt in Chinese, then nonstop pop tunes, 
1417 Chinese talk, huge signal at times, dropped off about 1420
1566    HLAZ 1350-1420 good in Chinese, peaking at about 1412

FAIR
693    JOAB, ending weather report by man, then local ID by woman 1320
963    CRI, usual top of hour music with ID in Chinese & Russian 1400
1422    1400 3+1 pips, then male monologue in Chinese until 1411+
1503    JOUK, Japanese talk 1412
1575    VOA, SEA language, "VOA"jingle 1407, Washington mentioned 1409
1593    CNR1, good signal with the usual pummeling from 1590, Chinese 
talk poking through the splatter at times
