[IRCA] TP 15 Mar, Victoria version

Much more even signal strengths from 1200UT through to about 1415UT. Small sunrise enhancement above 1500kHz.

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least briefly):

828 JOBB. Woman in JJ 1401UT
972 HLCA. Woman in KK 1356UT, also peaking at 1425 and 1440UT, everything else pretty much gone

Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

594 JOAK. Man in JJ 1407UT
747 JOIB man in JJ 1402UT //828
774 JOUB. Woman in JJ 1358UT
1503 JOUK. Man in JJ //594 1406UT
1557 Taiwan. Slow vocal mx 1408UT, //webstream
1566 HLAZ. Various times at this level through JJ program, 1230-1345UT. Never quite reached this level during the later CC program
1575 VoA. Usual fanfare, but delayed until 1401UT. Best on N. Flag.

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be understood by a native speaker:

1053 KK jammer 1401UT.

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music) :

738 Tahiti? Man talking, sounded FF, 1357UT
873 JOGB. EE lessons 1334UT //775.
981 woman talking, CC inflection; possibly CNR1. 1221UT
1593 CNR1. Woman talking, seemed //6175.

Strongish het, no or "near imaginary"audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter):

 567 864 891 945 954 1098 1188 1314 1323 1422

best wishes,

Nick
