Large accumulations of paper (such as saving 70-plus years of NRC bulletins or major collections of QSL cards and letters) take up a substantial amount of storage space ... 

NRC and WTFDA are saving historic copies of club bulletins on the web, but those projects scratch the surface in comparison to what David Gleason is doing to make historic radio and television publications available for a couple of key clicks.

Might there be some dedicated hobbyist inclined to establish an indexable Internet clearing house for scanned QSL card and letter collections? Letters, to me, are more fun that cards, if they're personalized.

We wouldn't have to fly to Minnesota or Maryland to view the collection, heh, heh!
