[IRCA] TP DX in Seattle on March 11

Another productive morning for TPs.  It was similar to yesterday, with 
some stations down a bit and some better today.

I sure wish I knew what I'm hearing on  1512.  Maybe DYAB, like Nick 
suggests.  It has great strength, but the IBOC QRM is killing the audio.

GOOD - a native speaker would have understood most of it, at least briefly

FAIR - a native speaker would have recognized individual words or phrases
