[IRCA] Oklahoma TP DX 3/11/14

After four months of recuperation following reconstructive surgery on my ankle, I finally returned home this past weekend.  And, I'm happy to be back.

I listened for TP signals this morning hearing only JOUB on 774 kHz.  Its signal was peaking at a fair level at 1140 UTC.  The fading signal was heard until 1232.

Receivers: Tecsun PL-310 plus 7.5-inch ferrite stick, and PL-606 with 7-inch FSL.
