[IRCA] Puyallup, WA Ultralight TP's for 3-8

Hello All,

Asian results here this morning were similar to those reported by Bruce, with a slightly different cast of characters.

A moderate sunrise enhancement boost kicked in around 1405, raising up the signals of several low, middle and high band TP's to fair levels. Unlike Bruce's results, the strongest signal here was from 594-JOAK, hitting a fair to good level with animated Japanese talk around 1425 (this NHK1 program seems typical on Saturday morning from 1400-1500 UTC). Other than this 603-HLSA was fair at 1412 with Korean pop music, 657-Pyongyang was poor at 1423, 693-JOAB was fair to good around 1415 with Japanese music, a presumed 738-BEL2 was fair at 1400 with Chinese speech (in KCBS splatter), and 972-HLCA was fair to good at 1358 (but hit the skids after 1400). On the high band 1377-CNR1 was at fair strength around 1411 but didn't stick around, while 1566-HLAZ, 1575-VOA and 1593-CNR1 were all in and out with fair signals right up until the Asian propagation collapse around 1435. For the usual big guns the session was very similar to yesterday's, although the variety of second tier TP's wa!
 sn't nearly as good.
