Perhaps the pertinent question is whether or not the area where the station is
ocated
bserves DST. I used to have some good sources on the web of which parts of
hich
tates do not observe DST. These things change with time, but I couldn't locate
nything
ast night.

Steve Howe (NOT the former guitarist
from Yes nor the ex-major league baseball pitcher!) raised
that same question on the IRCA listserver. If we could
get some clarification on the correct time, that would be
much appreciated. 73,Rick DauSouth Omaha,

I wonder if this will actually be 11:00 EDT? Time
change is
about to happen on 3/9.
