Another dreadful morning for TPs here, with marginal signals from only a 
couple of stations.  Maybe things will improve when March arrives.


Good - A native speaker would have marveled at the clarity and strength 
of the signal
Yeah, right


Fair - A native speaker would have barely been able to pick an 
occasional word out of the mish-mosh
774    JOUB, man in Japanese 1150.  Also 1319-1323, end of weather, 
local ID, then English lesson.  Otherwise, poor-nil
1566    HLAZ, woman in Chinese 1446

Poor - A native speaker would have shrugged their shoulders
